Tai Chi
Tai Chi is
a no impact form of exercise. It is excellent for
people who are returning to exercise or who have never exercised. The
wonderful thing is that there are no physical or age limitations.
No matter when you join, our
class starts with a review of the previous week's postures. We are
definitely a work in progress.
This is
what Tai Chi Chuan aims for: attainment of grace and balance, the promotion
of physical & emotional health, the development of energy flow. It is great
for breathing properly, health, longevity, self-defense, mental freshness
and most important Spiritual Development! The art of Tai Chi Chuan is for
everyone.
Join us Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.
in the Parish Life Center Assembly Room. The cost is
$10.00 per class. If you have to miss a class the fee slides to the next
class. If you would like to test the waters, the first class is free.
Of course, you should check with your
physician before starting any new physical program.
