Brotherhood of St. Andrew
The Brotherhood of St. Andrew is "a ministry for the spread of Christ’s Kingdom among men and youth in the Episcopal and Anglican Communion." The member’s promise is "...to try, by God’s help, to follow the Disciplines of Prayer, Study, and Service of the BStA according to the vows made at my baptism and accepted at my confirmation."
An important aim is for each brother to be a model of responsible evangelistic behavior.

The Brotherhood meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM. Please contact Jethro Vail or 282-5631, if you are interested in joining the Brotherhood.

Things are happening upon this hill!  What a great time to be at St. Alban's.  We can always use new choir members, and  the only prerequisite is a love for singing.  Come join us on Sunday @ 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Life Building.  WE NEED YOU!!

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a no impact form of exercise.  It is excellent for people who are returning to exercise or who have never exercised. The wonderful thing is that there are no physical or age limitations. No matter when you join, our class starts with a review of the previous week's postures.  We are definitely a work in progress.

This is what Tai Chi Chuan aims for: attainment of grace and balance, the promotion of physical & emotional health, the development of energy flow. It is great for breathing properly, health, longevity, self-defense, mental freshness and most important Spiritual Development!  The art of Tai Chi Chuan is for everyone.

Join us Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. in the Parish Life Center Assembly Room. The cost is $10.00 per class.  If you have to miss a class the fee slides to the next class.  If you would like to test the waters, the first class is free. For more information, please contact Sue Shirley  or  @ 444-8979.
Of course, you should check with your physician before starting any new physical program.
